- The Fourth Amendment prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.

- people should be aware of why they are being searched and what they can and cannot do - " reasonable suspicion" can be no more than an instinct and no less than a probable cause.

* race should matter, anyone can turn out to be a criminal not just Latinos and African Americans
